Résumé
Gisèle, a 52 year old widow, has fallen in love with a 20 year old delinquent. She takes him to her
summer cottage which is suddenly invaded by her two grown children and the intrusive man next door. We soon discover that everyone in this merry group has his or her own secret.

- Notes de répertoire: The original version of this play, Les Grandes Chaleurs, has received a dozen productions since it was first produced in 1991. After more than 600 performances, it has been seen by some 200,000 spectators in Québec alone.
- Caractéristiques des personnages: GISÈLE CLOUTIER : A woman in her fifties, recently widowed.The mother of twins, she's been having an affair with Yannick the past two months.
YANNICK : A young man of twenty, recently a delinquent.
NAPOLÉON BONNEAU : A man in his fifties. Has the neighbouring cottage to the Cloutiers. An incorrigible handyman, he's had his eye on Gisèle for years.
LOUISETTE : Thirty. Gisèle's daughter and twin to Louis.
LOUIS : Thirty. Gisèle's son and twin to Louisette.
