Anger thunders at the butcher's shop and delicatessen, as its owner, Mr Schreiber, gambles his employees through poker games. Olivier is gambled and lost by the fishmonger and gained by Schreiber. From now on, Olivier will be pizza dough flipper. Seems we're in for a series of schemes, coup d'état, amputations (!), blood puddings, revolt... and of course, Camembert cheese.
