Résumé
On the eve of the press conference meant to give new life to his creative work, Master Daniel, a famous doll maker, receives a visit from his long lost daughter. Under the pretext of asking him to create a unique doll, Esttelle reconnects with the man she considers the cause of all her misfortune. She will have to face her mother and sister, who are trapped in the maelstrom of incest.

- Décor: ACT I
Morning. A dollmaker’s studio with tall windows covered in curtains that allow sunlight
to enter at the top. There are cupboards lined with countless boxes labeled with girls’
names, the names of body parts and numbers. The atmosphere is modern in feeling and
exudes a certain opulence. Off to one side, a workbench covered with all sorts of tools.
Daniel is listening carefully to a recording of children’s voices repeating: “I love you,
Daddy.” He takes notes after each sentence, considering which one he will choose. He
interrupts his work and speaks to the dolls in their boxes.
