Résumé
The play explores the crisis of a 30 something couple who appear to have everything—love, careers, a beautiful house, a child as well a plan to adopt another—yet they find their lives in an emotional crisis during the course of a highly charged dinner party. The play is laced with dry and biting humour.

- Décor: 1. Something that evokes a living room. Or a sitting room. A low table, two sofas. A grand piano. It is well-decorated. Maybe too beautiful to be real. There are doors or openings that lead to the bedrooms, the kitchen, and the dining room.
On one of the pieces of furniture is a baby monitor. At present, we can clearly hear the baby crying. Mary is seated at the piano. Her head is hanging . She casually hits low notes on the keyboard. This could last for some time.
