Résumé In a highrise somewhere in the urban wasteland, Dolores pays a visit to one of her neighbours,
another young woman she has met a few times in the elevator. While shaving her shapely legs,
Dolores waxes poetic about fashion, decorating, men and the single life. These topics she is qualified to speak of, due to her job as a window dresser. Six months later she returns, destroyed by an abusive
relationship with a young man, no longer certain about life and love. This is a comedy with a powerful, tragic conclusion. Extrait « DOLORES : […] You see hon I learned my trade at the Pointe Claire Shopping Centre, and that's a place where the windows are all plastic forks and wall-carpeting, you know.
